No previous payment records can be found after social security transfer.

The registration information problem. The payment information may be due to the previous 15 digit ID number, and now the system is upgraded to 18 digit ID number, or because the system is out of order, it is impossible to query the personal record of endowment insurance. You can bring your ID card and social security card to the social security department counter, enter your user name and password, and you can query your social security payment details over the years.

Change of location of endowment insurance. If the old-age insurance transfer form given to you by the original unit contains the details of annual and monthly payment, you can take the social security card (this) to the social security bureau of the original insured place for inquiry. If the merged social security is transferred during the transfer process, it will take 60 working days for the social security funds of the two places to be transferred to the new account.

Article 10 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), employees shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employer and other flexible employees can participate in the basic old-age insurance, and individuals pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

The measures for the endowment insurance of civil servants and staff managed by reference to the Civil Service Law shall be formulated by the State Council.
