The first step: social security registration

Step 2: After doing the registration, the social security will give the enterprise a social security number (beginning with 110)

Come back and download the medical collection software v2.4.6 from the Beijing Labor Security Online, enter the unit information and print the Form 1, the attached page inside the Form 1, the Form 2, and stamp the official seal.

The third step: add members

1, medical additions

Enter the information of the personnel into the medical collection software and then print Form 3 (the original social security do not need to print), paste a one-inch color photo.

After entering the information of all personnel, select the "personal change registration" in the increase, set up a good reason for the recovery, click on the "increase", print two forms of eight (stamped).

Then select "Data Exchange" in the "Information Reporting" and copy the generated file to a USB flash drive.

2, four insurance additions
