How to handle the company's social security number

The first step: social security registration

2, to the registered area of the District Social Security Center to do the registration of the unit

The materials brought with you: "organization Code Certificate" copy of the original and a copy of

"Enterprise Legal Person Business License" copy of the original and a copy of

"City Special Authorization" and a copy of

Copy of the legal person's "ID card" (front and back)

Fill out the "Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form"

(Table 1) in duplicate

Step 2: After doing the registration, the social security will give the enterprise a social security number (beginning with 110)

Come back and download the medical collection software v2.4.6 from the Beijing Labor Security Online, enter the unit information and print the Form 1, the attached page inside the Form 1, the Form 2, and stamp the official seal.

The third step: add members

1, medical additions

Enter the information of the personnel into the medical collection software and then print Form 3 (the original social security do not need to print), paste a one-inch color photo.

After entering the information of all personnel, select the "personal change registration" in the increase, set up a good reason for the recovery, click on the "increase", print two forms of eight (stamped).

Then select "Data Exchange" in the "Information Reporting" and copy the generated file to a USB flash drive.

2, four insurance additions

Fill out Form XI (social insurance enrollees increase form) in duplicate and stamp, if there are new enrollees, you also need to fill out Form II (social insurance personal information registration form) in duplicate and stamp.

Note: When you go to the social security to handle the increase in the number of members, you should first do the medical increase (bring a USB flash drive), and then handle the increase in the four insurance.
