Why can't WeChat official account find social security?

You can't use WeChat official account to query social security. It should be that the client's query method is wrong.

After entering the WeChat of the social security citizen card where the party is located, click "W Concern" in the lower left corner, then click "Binding with User" to enter the user binding page, and click "Personal Query" to query.

If the party concerned has not registered on the local human resources and social security online service platform, please click "New Registration Binding" at the bottom of the binding page to enter the user registration page. After successful registration and binding, you can query personal social security information through the above method.
