There is no necessary connection between the insurance and the files.

The first company hired you to help you manage the file, must be entrusted to an intermediary filing organization unit filing, according to the regulations, if you change the work unit, the intermediary agency will not let you turn into a personal filing, so you should ask the new company to manage your file.
