The time to buy commercial housing is based on the date when the contract is registered in the housing management department, and the time to buy second-hand housing is based on the date when the real estate sale and transfer are registered in the housing management department.

Have obtained the ownership certificate of the house (that is, the original Property Ownership Certificate), have participated in social insurance for two years or more in Chengdu, registered according to law and obtained a residence permit, and have held a temporary residence permit for two years or more (that is, two years of social security+two years of residence permit, both of which are indispensable).
