Changzhou minimum social security contribution base

According to the official website of Changzhou Municipal People's Government, the minimum social security contribution base of Changzhou is shown as follows: since January 1, 2024, the lower limit of the contribution base of the city's employers for employees' basic medical insurance and maternity insurance is temporarily implemented at 4,494 yuan, and the upper limit of the contribution base is temporarily implemented at 24,042 yuan, which is 244 yuan and 1,572 yuan higher than that of 2023, respectively. The contribution base for flexibly employed persons participating in employee basic medical insurance shall be implemented in accordance with the lower limit of employee basic medical insurance contribution base for the same period of time in Changzhou (RMB 4,494); the minimum contribution base for employee basic medical insurance shall be maintained at RMB 4,533 for the time being, which is the same as that of 2023.
