The object of reemployment assistance subsidy refers to the "4050" people with employment difficulties whose unemployment registration places are Haishu, Jiangdong, Jiangbei, Zhenhai and Beilun, and whose unemployment insurance benefits has expired for more than 6 months.

The applicant's age is calculated to month, and he/she is entitled to re-employment assistance subsidy according to his/her full age.

The following persons do not enjoy reemployment assistance subsidies:

1. Persons who are still receiving unemployment insurance benefits or who have enjoyed unemployment insurance benefits for less than 6 months (including those who receive unemployment insurance benefits in a lump sum according to regulations and those who can enjoy unemployment insurance benefits until the statutory retirement age);

2. Persons who have enjoyed social insurance subsidies and employment subsidies for the same period;

3. Public welfare posts that have been developed in streets and communities;

4. Persons who have been recommended for more than three times and are still unwilling to find employment without justifiable reasons;

5. Persons who cannot enjoy unemployment insurance benefits according to regulations;
