1. Replacement Card:

2. Card replacement:

(1) If the card needs to be replaced due to card quality problems, man-made damages, replacement of photos, etc., the cardholder can bring along the original social security card and a valid ID document to apply for the replacement of the card at the service outlets of the social security agencies or at the social security service outlets of the Bank of China.
