Endowment insurance for flexible employees refers to an insurance policy, and some people who have no fixed job, unemployment or re-employment belong to flexible employees. In view of the old-age security of this group of people, the state has promulgated and implemented the old-age insurance policy for flexible employees.

The payment base of endowment insurance for flexible employees can be divided into five grades according to the local average salary in the previous year. Flexible employees can choose one of the payment bases and then pay according to the payment ratio.

The first gear: 60% of the average social security salary;

The second gear: 70% of the average social security salary;

The third gear: 80% of the average social security salary;

The fourth gear: 90% of the average social security salary;

The fifth gear: average social security salary 100%.

The above five files are the payment base of endowment insurance for flexible employees. After choosing the first gear, you can pay 20% of the old-age insurance premium, of which 8% is deposited in your personal account. Medical insurance contribution rate 12%.

Legal basis:

Article 8 Enterprises and individuals who meet the requirements of the Measures for Social Insurance Subsidies in the Autonomous Region shall enjoy corresponding social insurance subsidies according to the following standards.

(a) all kinds of enterprises to recruit new social insurance subsidies for employees in Xinjiang, according to the actual payment of 50% of the basic old-age insurance subsidies.

(2) The social insurance subsidy standards for all kinds of enterprises to recruit college graduates and people with employment difficulties shall be subsidized according to the sum of the basic old-age insurance premium, basic medical insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium actually paid.

(3) Small and medium-sized enterprises, labor-intensive enterprises and difficult enterprises employ social insurance subsidy standards for employees in Xinjiang, and give full subsidies according to the basic old-age insurance premiums actually paid;

(4) Small and medium-sized enterprises, labor-intensive enterprises and enterprises in difficulty in the four southern Xinjiang regions newly recruit social insurance subsidy standards for Xinjiang employees, and give subsidies according to the sum of the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance premiums actually paid.

(five) college graduates to all kinds of enterprises for employment, according to the social insurance base paid by enterprises, the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance fees paid by individuals, to give full subsidies.

(six) the social insurance subsidy standard for employees in public welfare posts is based on 60% of the average social wage of employees in the autonomous region last year, and subsidies are given according to the sum of the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance premiums paid by the unit.

(seven) the social insurance subsidy standard for flexible employees is fully subsidized according to the actual pension insurance premium paid;

(eight) the social insurance subsidy standard for people with employment difficulties and college graduates engaged in flexible employment shall be subsidized according to 2/3 of the sum of the basic old-age insurance premium, basic medical insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium actually paid.
