I'm still working. What if the company stops social security?

Legal analysis: According to the labor law, the employer should pay social security for employees. If your company doesn't pay you social security, you should bring the labor contract, punch card certificate and salary slip to the labor inspection department or social security bureau to complain, and let your company pay you back the social security and compensate for the losses.

Legal basis: Article 12 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law. The parties may apply for labor dispute mediation in writing or orally. If the application is made orally, the mediation organization shall record the basic information of the applicant, the disputed matters, the reasons and time for applying for mediation on the spot.
