Can the social endowment insurance paid by migrant workers be refunded?

1, there are strict conditions for surrender, and surrender can only be made under the following circumstances:

(1) Migrant workers return home;

(2) The insured reaches retirement age and fails to pay 15 years;

(3) The insured goes abroad to settle down;

(4) The insured dies.

2. If the above conditions are met, only the personal account amount of endowment insurance will be refunded now, and the specific amount can be inquired by the local social security center. With ID card and its copy, employee pension insurance manual, employee medical insurance manual, social insurance card, resignation certificate and application form for termination of social insurance relationship, go through the surrender formalities at the local social security center.

However, it is not recommended to surrender in a hurry. If you find a new unit, you can continue to pay, or you can use the new policy to transfer.
