City of Datong, Shanxi Province, issued a notice on the work of 2015 enterprise pension insurance declaration base

According to the Datong Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, "On the forwarding of the <Office of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shanxi Province and the Office of Shanxi Pension Fund Committee on the Announcement of the Province's 2014 Annual On-the-job Employee Average Wage and Personal Account Storage Amount Crediting Interest Rate Notice> Notice" (Tong Human Resources and Social Security Word [2015] No. 150), the city's enterprise pension insurance declaration is now approved as follows:

I. According to the relevant bulletin of Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics, the annual average wage of the province's non-private sector employed persons in 2014 was 48,969 yuan, as the province's 2014 annual on-the-job employees' annual average wage.

Each insured enterprise has declared contributions since January 2015 in accordance with the newly approved contribution base. The lower limit of the monthly contribution base of the enterprise employees is determined by 60% of the average salary of the urban on-job employees in the previous year in the province, i.e. 2448 RMB, and the upper limit is determined by 300% of the average salary of the urban on-job employees in the previous year in the province, i.e. 12242 RMB.

The monthly contribution base for urban individual businessmen and flexibly employed persons participating in the enterprise pension insurance shall be chosen independently at 40%, 60% and 100% of the average salary of urban on-the-job workers in the previous year in the province, i.e. 1,632, 2,448 and 4,081 yuan, respectively.
