What are the five certificates of business license?

Legal analysis: Five certificates refer to: business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, social insurance registration certificate and statistical registration certificate.

The new "five certificates in one" accreditation mode adopts the process of "one form application, one window acceptance, parallel approval and one certificate in one";

First of all, the applicant holds the Application Form for Registration of Newly Established Enterprises with Five Certificates in One printed after the application is approved by the industrial and commercial online newspaper system, and carries other paper materials to the multi-certificate integration window in the lobby for acceptance;

After checking the information and materials in the window, import the information into the industrial and commercial access system to generate the industrial and commercial registration number, and generate the department number on the "five certificates in one" accreditation platform to supplement the relevant information. At the same time, the special person in the window will scan the enterprise data and transmit it to the five departments of quality supervision, national tax, local tax, social security and statistics together with the Application Form for Joint Registration of Industrial and Commercial Enterprises, and the five departments will complete the background information input respectively;

Article 14 An enterprise as a legal person shall apply for registration with the registration authority within 30 days after approval by the competent department or the examination and approval authority. The application for industrial and commercial registration by an enterprise without a competent department or examination and approval authority shall be examined by the registration authority. The registration authority shall, within 30 days after accepting the application, make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the registration.

Article 15 To apply for industrial and commercial registration of an enterprise as a legal person, the following documents and certificates shall be submitted:

An enterprise as a legal person can engrave the official seal, open a bank account, sign a contract and carry out business activities with the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person.

The registration authority may issue a copy of the business license of an enterprise as a legal person according to the business needs of the enterprise as a legal person.
