After receiving the application from the medical institution, the District Labor and Social Security Bureau shall review the complete materials within 30 working days and report to the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau. The Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau shall conduct an audit within 30 working days after receiving the audit opinions submitted by the District Labor and Social Security Bureau and the application materials of medical institutions. Under special circumstances, it can be extended for 30 working days.
