If the old and new companies are in the same city, then after the original company reduces your social security out, the new company can just transfer you in directly. You inform the new company of your pension number and social security card number.

If the old and new companies are not in the same city, then you need to apply for the new company to add. Just print the contribution voucher at the HSS office where the old company is located and give it to the new company for transfer and consolidation.
