3. Migrant workers return home

Returnees hold workers' endowment insurance handbook, ID card, and migrant workers' application for surrender to their hometowns to the local social insurance agencies for collection and payment. The business window reviews the certificates of returnees, prints the details of employees' personal accounts, and employees go to the payment department to enter the surrender review procedure.

Seven, social insurance audit inspection procedures

1. Notify the auditee of the contents, requirements, methods and materials prepared three days in advance; Under special circumstances, the audit can be conducted without prior notice;

2. During the on-site audit, there should be two or more auditors * * * together, show their official certificates, identify themselves to the audited object, and send a written notice of social insurance audit to the enterprise.

3. The audit should be recorded (i.e. working papers), signed or sealed by the auditor and the legal representative of the audited entity (or the agent entrusted by the legal representative). If the legal representative of the audited entity refuses to sign or seal, the reasons for the refusal shall be indicated;

4. The social insurance agency shall inform the audited entity of the audit results in writing in the form of a notice of audit conclusion within 5 working days after the audit;

5. If it is found that the audited entity has violated laws and regulations in paying social insurance premiums or participating in social insurance according to regulations, it shall truthfully write a notice of audit conclusion and deliver it to the audited entity within 9 working days after the end of the audit. The auditee shall make corrections within a time limit.
