Reporting channels and materials

The enterprise shall keep the original vouchers such as real-name registration system train tickets and high-speed traffic for future reference until the end of 2023.

Audit appropriation

After receiving the enterprise declaration, the township (street) shall verify the enterprise declaration one by one before the end of March. The audit results will be informed to the enterprise and the employees themselves through the system in time.

After the audit, the township (street) summary list of subsidies shall be submitted to the district (county, city) human and social departments. After publicity without objection, the district (county, city) human and social departments will distribute the subsidy funds to the bank account of the reporting enterprise through the "Yongyiban" platform within 20 working days, and the enterprise will distribute the subsidy funds to individual employees.
