1. 2. Report the loss and change the card: after the social security card is lost, you should first call China Bank's 95566 national customer service number to report the loss of the social security card's magnetic stripe account and chip account, and then report the loss to the original card opening branch of China Bank within five days. The card number of the magnetic stripe account and the card number of the chip account remain unchanged after card replacement.

3. Change the card when it expires: Before the social security card expires, the insured unit shall go to the social security department to change the card when it expires.
