If social security is paid off, you can receive unemployment benefits during unemployment.

Specific steps

1. Open Alipay, enter the home page, and click "Citizen Center", as shown below.

2. In the Civic Center interface, click Social Security, as shown below.

3. Select the electronic social security card, and then click "Apply for National Unemployment Benefit", as shown below.

4. Select "apply for unemployment insurance", as shown below:

5. Click "Apply" on the right side of the conditions for applying for unemployment benefits, as shown below.

6. Read the agreement and click Agree, as shown below:
