Social security bureau changes company name

You can bring the following materials to the Social Security Bureau.

(1) Fill in the social insurance change registration form;

(2) Effective proof of approval of the change: a copy of the change notice or business license (original or photocopy) of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau;

(3) social insurance registration certificate.

At present, five certificates are integrated in many places. As long as the industrial and commercial bureau changes, other departments should not change it again. I suggest you consult the local social security center on weekdays.
