After receiving the contact letter, the original insured place will send the insurance certificate and the change information form of medical insurance coverage back to our city; If there is an individual account, the balance of the individual account will be transferred at the same time: processing time 15 working days;

D. After receiving the voucher, information form and personal account balance returned by the original agency in the insured place, each agency will input the information into the business system, and record the transferred personal account amount into the insured person's personal account: the processing time is 15 working days.

(2) The insured person has no receiving unit for cross-regional mobile employment.

(1) If the insured participates in the basic medical insurance for urban workers with the new employment unit, it shall be handled according to the following procedures:

Enterprises or individuals bring relevant information to the agency in the new place of employment to apply for transfer;

If it meets the requirements, the agency in the new place of employment will generate the Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Medical Insurance Relationship and send it to the social security agency where the insured was originally insured in our city by mail: the processing time is 15 working days;

District (city) social security agencies receive the basic medical insurance relationship transfer and connection letter from the social security agency where the new insured person is located, check the information through the system, generate the insurance certificate, and fill in the information form of the insured person's medical insurance coverage change;

District (city) social security institutions will "guarantee"

First, third, the insured medical insurance coverage change information form should be mailed to the new employment agency. If there is a personal account, the balance of the personal account will be transferred and the basic medical insurance relationship of the insured in our city will be terminated: the processing time is 15 working days.

(two) the insured cross-regional mobile employment without receiving units, according to the following procedures for basic medical insurance:

If there is a personal account, the balance of the personal account shall be paid to the insured in a lump sum according to the provisions of our city; At the same time, terminate the basic medical insurance relationship of the insured in our city;

C. The insured shall carry the insurance certificate to the agency in the new place of employment to go through the insurance formalities. After accepting the application, the new employment agency meets the local insurance conditions, and generates and issues the "Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Medical Insurance Relationship" to the agency in our city;

D. After receiving the contact letter for the transfer and continuation of the basic medical insurance relationship of the insured sent by the agency in the new employment place, the social security agencies in each district (city) fill in the information form for the change of the medical insurance coverage of the insured, and mail the first copy of the insurance certificate and the information form to the insured institution in the new employment place: the processing time is within 15 working days;

E. After receiving the first copy of the insurance certificate and the information form, the agency in the new place of employment shall go through the continuation procedures.
