Why can't social security cards be reimbursed?

Having a social security card is not necessarily reimbursed, and a social security card is not something that must be reimbursed to you. As long as it is not in hospital, it will not be reimbursed. As long as you are in arrears for one month, you can't even reimburse the hospitalization, because the medical insurance account is frozen and sealed.
