Directly in the social security department of your place of origin, you can go through the procedure of "self-employment" contribution, get a new book, and continue to make contributions. Or you can ask a local human resources agency in Zhuozhou to pay the social insurance premiums on your behalf.

Note: The contributions you make to your account in Zhuozhou are not necessarily related to the contributions you make in Beijing, which you can transfer now or before you retire. You just need to make sure that there is no break between "Beijing stopped contributing" and "Zhuozhou started contributing" in "time", and it will not be counted as a break in retirement.
