What if I forget the original transaction password of Guangzhou Social Security Card?

Generally, I (with my ID card) go to the official card office of the Social Security Bureau to fill out an application form and reset my password. The district social security bureau can reset the original password.

If the social security card password is forgotten, the insured person can retrieve, reset, modify or unlock the password. Or the cardholder can go to the social security card service outlets designated by the local Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, or use the self-service terminal provided by the service outlets to modify the medical account password. The password of the financial account can be handled by the cardholder at the outlet of the card bank or modified through the self-service provided by the banks.

If the cardholder forgets to check the password, please reset the password through the following channels:

1. I take my social security card to the social security agency where my valid ID card is insured to reprint the password envelope, but this method will reset the transaction password of swiping the card synchronously.

2. I hold a social security card and check the platform settings in the business hall of the Municipal Social Security Bureau with my valid ID card.
