1. 2. The agent of the insured unit will report the above forms, relevant materials and vouchers correctly filled in and stamped with the official seal to the "Insurance Registration" window of the government affairs open hall for review. 4. The insured registration department shall check the accounts receivable of the new insured unit every month and print the payment notice. The manager of the insured unit shall pay the first social insurance fee (the first payment can only be paid by himself) at the designated bank (Changsha Bank) with the payment notice, and sign the Authorization for Payment of Regular Deduction Business and the List of Regular Deduction Business Contracts with the bank;

5. After the insured unit pays the fee for the first time, it will print the receipt in the "fund receipt printing" window of the government affairs public hall, and receive the social insurance registration certificate from the insured registration department on the eighth floor with the receipt. At the same time, print the personal Medical Insurance Manual and the insured one inch in the government affairs public hall.
