The balance of medical account is the amount allocated to your medical account by the insured after paying the medical insurance premium according to the regulations, which can be used for medical treatment in designated medical institutions and drug purchase in designated retail pharmacies.

The amount of health account (the amount of drug purchase and medical examination) means that you can use the actual balance of personal medical account to buy drugs at designated retail pharmacies (or the insured who pay according to the standard of this Municipality will go to the prescribed medical institutions for medical examination), but the maximum amount of drug purchase (or medical examination) at pharmacies in this medical insurance year (July 1 day to June 30th of the following year) shall not exceed this limit. Therefore, the amount of health account (drug purchase and physical examination) is only a restriction on the cost of drug purchase in pharmacies, and the actual balance of personal account is still used when purchasing drugs.
