Persons with employment difficulties and college graduates who have not been employed within two years after leaving school can apply for social insurance subsidies for flexible employment.

Subsidy standard

Subsidy standard for basic old-age insurance: 60% of the average monthly salary of employees in our city last year is used as the payment base, and 60% of the insurance premium paid by the dependents is subsidized.

Basic medical insurance subsidy standard: according to 90% of the average social wage in our city last year as the payment base, 60% of the medical insurance premium should be subsidized.

Does not include the large supplementary medical insurance that individuals should pay.

Treatment process

Qualified personnel should bring the original and photocopy of the required materials to report to the community. After the materials are approved, the county employment and talent service agencies will determine the eligibility of social insurance subsidies for flexible employees.

Application materials: social security card, household registration book, ID card, Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate.
