Can you get someone to do it for you?

You can ask someone to do it for you. The person who does this will hold the identity card of the person who does it, and will issue a certificate of pension insurance participation and contribution at the social security organization in the place where the person is enrolled in the insurance. Then, after enrolling in the new place of employment, you can apply to the local social security organization with the certificate of pension insurance enrollment and payment to transfer to the social security of the other place. After agreeing to the transfer, your off-site social security will be transferred over and merged with the account of the place of employment.
