Specific operation process of new enrollment and recruitment of social security center in Chaoyang District of Beijing

Registration is divided into three steps:

1. Step 1, apply for social insurance registration: submit the report and required materials to the central registration department, and the insured unit can query the registration number through the online inquiry system of the social security center three working days later;

2. Step 2, increase the number of employees in the company: after the company learned that the social security registration certificate number was passed, the number of employees who can apply for five insurances increased; Medical insurance can be submitted through the medical insurance collection software, and the completed form can be directly filled in the five-in-one report (which can be downloaded from the website of the Social Security Center).

3. Step 3: Get the social insurance registration certificate and online declaration password, and bring the payment voucher and "company information" materials after paying the insurance premium in the five insurances.

Note: Social insurance registration has been completed, and the collection business will be handled in the future. Please apply online or make an appointment online and handle it at the four risks collection window.

Processing time: 5th to 25th of each month.

Venue: Registration Department, Level 2, Handling Hall, Social Security Center

Provide the following materials:

(1) 3 copies of Beijing social insurance unit information registration form (form1);

(2) 4 copies of business license (enterprise) or industrial and commercial registration certificate (firm);

(3) 4 copies of organization code certificate;

(4) 4 copies of the ID card or passport of the legal person or person in charge;

(5) Two power of attorney (signed by your company and the bank where the account is opened) specially entrusted by the same city in Beijing.
