2. The payment base of medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance for employees in urban enterprises and the upper and lower standards of payment wages shall be implemented in accordance with 300% and 60% of the average wages of all urban employees in Chengdu respectively.
