Legal Analysis: In 2065438+2009, the average annual salary of employees in full-caliber urban units in the province was 73393 yuan, and the average annual salary of employees in the province was 84656 yuan. The details are shown in the Annex. In 2020, the lower limit of social insurance premium payment base in our province will continue to be 60% of the average wage of employees in full-caliber urban units in 20 18, and the upper limit will be 300% of the average wage of employees in full-caliber urban units in 20 19.

Legal basis: Notice of Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Hainan Provincial Department of Finance, State Taxation Bureau, Hainan Provincial Taxation Bureau and Hainan Provincial Medical Security Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Comprehensive Plan for Reducing the Social Insurance Rate in Hainan Province (No.93 of Qiongrenshefa [2019]), five provisions on social insurance for urban workers in our province, and combined with relevant statistical data of our province, the relevant data of social insurance premium collection in our province in 2020 are now clear.
