Third, the unit needs to issue a certificate to participate in the payment of enterprise annuity. The application service is based on the unit social insurance registration certificate and written application, and the basic old-age insurance payment certificate is issued in accordance with the Notice on Standardizing the Payment Certificate of Enterprise Basic Old-age Insurance forwarded by the Social Security Center of the Ministry (where the insured payment is not indicated in the form), which shall be signed by the director in charge and stamped with the official seal of the General Department.
Four, the official seal of the department business must be dedicated, and the comprehensive department must register the use of the official seal of the center for verification.
