Treatment conditions

Transfer-out conditions:

The payment has been suspended and the premium has not been paid.

Transfer conditions:

Employees of enterprise employment insurance whose male is under 50 years old and female is under 40 years old, or those who have been transferred with the approval of Party Committee Organization Department, human resources and social security administrative department at or above the county level.

Handling materials

Transfer-out materials:

The insured who has been transferred to the local social insurance agency and sent the "Transfer Contact Letter" can handle the transfer of social insurance relations.

Transfer-in materials:

The applicant or agent shall fill in the transfer and continuation application form (with the official seal of the applicant), and the "Certificate of Insurance Payment" issued by the original insured place.

Treatment process

Transfer-out process:

1. After verification, the handling personnel will issue the Certificate of Insurance Payment, and the original unit will inform the applicant to go through the transfer application formalities at the social security agency in the new employment place;

2. The handling personnel shall check the basic information within 15 working days after receiving the transfer contact letter from the social security agency in the new place of employment, and go through the formalities for transferring the social insurance relationship after it is correct, print the transfer information form and send it to the social security agency in the new place of employment;

3. Transfer electronic data through the insurance relationship transfer platform;

Transfer to process:
