Download it on the local social security bureau website or APP.

1. Log on to the website or APP of the local social security bureau and find the related options such as "personal inquiry" or "personal account inquiry".

2. Enter personal ID number, password and other information, log in, and on the personal account page, find related options such as "payment details" or "payment information inquiry" to enter the payment information page.

3. On the payment information page, you can query personal payment records, payment status and other information, including unemployment insurance payment information. Click the "Download" or "Export" button to export payment information in tabular or PDF format for subsequent use.
