How to log in the individual social insurance inquiry system

Individual social insurance query system login, such as ID card for 15 digits, the initial password for the last six digits.

There is a "Personal Login" in the upper right corner, click on it.

If you have already registered, enter your ID number and password;

If you haven't registered, click "I want to register", then enter your ID number; choose the type of social insurance number: (choose your "medical insurance handbook number/card number" or "four medical insurance handbook number/card number").

Select the type of social security number: (select my "medical insurance handbook number/card number" or "four insurance computer serial number"); medical insurance handbook number/card number (enter the medical insurance handbook number/card number)

Set the login password and you're ready to go.

If you don't know your Medicare booklet number/card number or the serial number of your computer, you can ask your social security colleague at your workplace.
