There are strict conditions for surrender, and surrender can only be made under the following circumstances:

(4) The insured dies.

Within the Special Zone (that is, the employees who leave the customs surrender their insurance): employees who are insured by the employing unit or who pay social security in the form of individual contributions in the Special Zone, the settlement and refund (transfer) of social insurance premiums are handled in the Social Security Personal Service Center.

Show the original personal ID card and submit 1 copy (if it is a second-generation citizen ID card, it must be copied on both sides), and indicate the contact number on the copy.

Submit the social insurance certificate of Shenzhen employees or Shenzhen labor security card or social security card.

Provide employees with electronic debit cards or current passbooks opened in any of the four major state-owned banks (Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China).
