Social security in the same province also needs to go through the transfer procedures, and the social security transfer process is as follows:

1. With the employee's ID card, social security card and the resignation certificate of the original unit, first go to the original social security bureau and ask for the transfer and continuation certificate of the basic old-age insurance. After the insured establishes the basic old-age insurance relationship in the new employment place and pays the fee according to the regulations, the employer or the insured puts forward a written application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship to the social security agency in the new insurance place;

2. Send the above vouchers, original ID card+copy, and social security card to the social security bureau currently insured, and fill in the application form for the transfer of the insured's basic old-age insurance relationship. The social security agency of the newly insured place will review the application for transfer and continuation within 15 working days, and send an acceptance letter to the social security agency where the insured person's original basic old-age insurance relationship is located, providing relevant information. Do not meet the transfer conditions, make a written explanation to the applicant or the insured;

3. After the data is submitted, it usually takes about 45 days to complete the transfer. The social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship is located shall handle all the transfer and connection procedures within 15 working days after receiving the acceptance letter;

4. After the new insurance agency receives the basic old-age insurance relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship of the insured person is located, it shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or the insured person of the confirmation in time;

5. Accumulated calculation of the payment period of endowment insurance, there is a gap in the middle, which can be supplemented or not.

If an individual is employed across the overall planning area, his basic old-age insurance relationship will be transferred with him, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively.

When an individual reaches the statutory retirement age, the basic pension is calculated in stages and distributed uniformly. Specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.
