National unemployment policy

Before the unemployed enjoy the employment policy, they need to apply for the Employment Unemployment Registration Certificate at the domicile or the community where they live to register for unemployment. Registered unemployed people can enjoy the following preferential policies: 1, vocational skills training and entrepreneurship training. 2, social security subsidies (flexible employees enjoy pension insurance and medical insurance subsidies). Before enjoying social security subsidies, flexible employees need to go to the community where the household registration is located to identify people with employment difficulties. 3. Public welfare posts. I am unemployed and willing to work. Those who are identified as people with employment difficulties may apply for public welfare job placement in the domicile or community.

Legal basis: unemployment insurance regulations

Fourteenth unemployed people who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance:

(a) to participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions, the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligations in accordance with the provisions 1 year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) have been registered as unemployed and have job requirements.

Unemployed persons enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

Fifteenth unemployed people in any of the following circumstances during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, stop receiving unemployment insurance benefits, and at the same time stop enjoying other unemployment insurance benefits:

(1) Re-employment;

(2) Those who should be conquered for military service;

(3) Having emigrated;

(four) enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits;

(5) Being sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or reeducation through labor;

(six) refusing to accept the work introduced by the department or institution designated by the local people's government without justifiable reasons;

(seven) there are other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
