From the date of implementation of these Measures, enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households with administrative penalty information, bad judicial information, unqualified goods and services, listed in the abnormal list or marked as abnormal status in the Beijing enterprise credit information publicity system will lose 12 points for each record of the applicant as its legal representative or head of household.
