What are the procedures for transferring social security and provident fund from Chengdu to Mianyang?

Mianyang's provident fund can't be directly used for Chengdu loan to buy a house, but it can be withdrawn.

The transfer of social security relationship needs to confirm whether the social security agency at the transfer place agrees to accept it.

Transfer procedures of endowment insurance in the province:

1. Take the original and photocopy of my ID card to the insurance agency to print the payment list, and then issue an acceptance letter (acceptance certificate) to the social security agency at the transfer place.

2. Take the admission notice (admission certificate) and ID card to the social security agency in the transfer place to handle the relationship transfer.

3. Submit the transfer information to the social security agency in the transfer place and handle the transfer of social security relations.

Procedures for the transfer of medical insurance relationship: the insured provides the Certificate of Participation issued by the social security agency in the transfer place and the original ID card to the agency where the current basic medical insurance relationship is located to apply for transfer.

If you have a new unit in your current residence to set up a provident fund account for you and continue to pay it normally, you can transfer it. The required materials are: Chengdu housing provident fund transfer application form (with the official seal of the transferring unit), a copy of my ID card, and the original housing provident fund deposit certificate issued by the transferring housing provident fund management institution (with the official seal of the transferring housing provident fund management institution).
