The second time period: from June 65438+1 October1day in 2023 to June 30, 2023, the insured payer enjoys financial subsidies, and the payment amount is 380 yuan/person. 90 days after the payment date, residents will enjoy medical insurance benefits until June 65438+February 3, 20231. The third period: from July 1 day, 2023 to September 30, 2023, the financial subsidy amount shall be borne by the insured, and the payment amount shall be 990 yuan/person. 90 days after the payment date, residents will enjoy medical insurance benefits until February 3, 20231. (Note: Newborns who are insured within 90 days will enjoy financial subsidies and medical insurance benefits from the date of birth. )

Second, the payment channel.

There are four payment methods: Alipay, WeChat official account, Longjiang Tax APP and Bei 'an Rural Commercial Bank outlets. To avoid crowd gathering, please try to use WeChat official account or Alipay for payment.

Method 1: Alipay pays.

The first step is to open Alipay;

Step 2: Click "Citizen Center" in the function bar or search for "Citizen Center" in the search box;

The third step is to choose "social security" under "citizen center" (the city chooses "Heihe");

Step 4, select "social security payment";

Step 5, select the business that needs to be handled;

Step 6: Authentication, select "Agree to the agreement and authenticate";

Step 7: After passing the certification, continue to handle the corresponding business.

Method 2: WeChat official account payment.

The first step is to pay attention to the official account of "Heilongjiang Tax" WeChat;

Step 2, enter the official WeChat account, click "I want to do it" and select "Social Security Fee Handling";

Step 3: If it is the first time to use it, you need to click "Register" first, enter relevant information and then click "Register";

Step 4: Log in after successful registration, and select the business to be handled after login.

Mode 3: Longjiang tax APP.

Log in to Longjiang tax APP to handle the social security fee business.

The first step is to download the Android system through Tencent App (search for "Longjiang Tax") or scan the code on the main interface of the electronic tax bureau; The Apple system downloads the application installer through the Apple Store.

Step 2: After entering Longjiang Tax APP, click [Social Security Fee Declaration] on the main page to open the "Pocket Office" social security fee selection interface.

Users who use the "Pocket Office" social security payment system for the first time need to register first. After successful registration, users can log in directly when they use it again. At the time of registration, the same mobile phone number can register multiple payer information, especially in the case of payment, and the verification code is sent to the registered mobile phone number when logging in.

1. Click [Register] to open the registration interface, enter the payer's ID number, name, mobile phone number and password, click [Get] to send the verification code to the input mobile phone, enter the received verification code, and click [Register]. After successful registration, you will return to the login page. Failure will prompt the reason for failure.

2. Log in to the system. Enter the information of the insured, including ID number, name and password, click [Get] to send the verification code to the input mobile phone, and enter the received verification code. Click the [Login] button to verify the payer's registration information. If the payer's registration information exists, it is allowed to log in and enter the main page of social security fee business.

3. Select the payment method and click Pay Now to enter the payment confirmation page. After confirmation, click Confirm Payment to enter the payment page, and click Confirm Payment. After the payment is successful, you will be prompted "You have paid RMB * * * *" to complete the payment.

Method 4: Pay through the outlets of Bei 'an Rural Commercial Bank. You can go to each outlet with the original or photocopy of your ID card, cash or a bank card of a rural commercial bank. (Note: Bei 'an Rural Commercial Bank has 23 outlets. )

Third, matters needing attention

The restrictions on household registration of medical insurance for urban and rural residents will be completely abolished, that is, residents of Bei 'an City can participate in insurance in Bei 'an City regardless of whether they have household registration in Bei 'an City, and there is no need to participate in insurance again. (If you have been insured in different places, please terminate the medical insurance relationship in time before you can be insured in Bei 'an) 2.
