It is necessary for small-scale companies to open social security accounts. According to the Social Security Law, enterprises, institutions and organizations registered in China should be insured. There is no regulation on the scale of enterprises, so since enterprises must be insured according to regulations; As for whether there is support or relevant preferential policies, it depends on whether the local government has relevant policies; Even if there is, it is the government that pays part of the social security fees for enterprises.

For small-scale companies, social security should be paid to at least two people, because to start a business, there must be at least two natural persons and legal representatives (at least two partners). Paying insurance is mandatory by the state, and it is necessary to pay social security to employees on the job, so at least two people must be insured.

Small-scale enterprises pay social security for employees;

First, enterprises need to carry the following documents:

1. Copy of the ID card of the legal representative of the unit and affix the official seal;
