Zhang Yong, deputy director and member of the Party Group, is in charge of the Vocational Capacity Building Department, the Wage and Welfare Department, the Municipal Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs (Office of Leading Group for Introducing Foreign Intelligence), the Supervision Office and the Municipal Endowment Insurance Management Center.
