Who can apply for post subsidies and social insurance subsidies?

(1) urban and rural workers, "4050" workers, low-income workers, family members of the army who have entered Beijing for the first time, and workers from "zero-employment families" who have registered for unemployment or transferred employment;

(2) Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning, advanced classes of technician colleges, graduates of preparatory technician classes and graduates of vocational education in the graduation year of special education colleges (hereinafter referred to as "fresh college graduates");

(3) Retired soldiers who have been approved to leave active service for less than one year (hereinafter referred to as retired soldiers);

(4) Persons who have established labor relations with social public welfare employment organizations in this Municipality and enjoy post subsidies from public welfare employment organizations of unemployment insurance funds (hereinafter referred to as "resettlement personnel of public welfare employment organizations");

(five) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and this Municipality, the employees of this Municipality who need to be diverted from the enterprises that implement major adjustment and reform projects such as resolving excess capacity and resolving relocation in this Municipality (hereinafter referred to as "diverted employees of this Municipality").
