According to the provisions of "Zhongshan maternity insurance measures":

Article 10 Employees who paid maternity insurance premiums in full in accordance with the present Measures last month after prenatal examination, delivery or family planning operation, and paid the insurance premiums in a cumulative amount of 12 months, shall enjoy maternity insurance benefits in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Measures; Unemployed spouses of insured workers enjoy maternity medical expenses according to the corresponding standards for reimbursement of maternity medical expenses in basic medical insurance, and do not enjoy maternity allowance.
