Can the company get unemployment benefits after layoffs?

1. After you "downsize" online, you need to go to the social security agency under your jurisdiction to get unemployment benefits, and employees can only get unemployment benefits with this certificate;

2. The reason for stopping the insurance should be "the termination of the labor contract", and the terminated labor contract should be insured as an annex to the social security institution under its jurisdiction before receiving unemployment benefits;
