Payment terms:

There are two ways to repay.

The first kind:

Social security payment should provide the labor contract, salary certificate and other information during the period you want to pay back. Different regions, different payment time, the handling process may be different, taking Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example:

1. Check the personal payment information (check the month to be paid, payment base and payer category) through Beijing online declaration system (digital certificate), and confirm that the payer is in the normal payment state.

2. Enter enterprise software:

(1) Generate personal overdue information offer file;

(2) Print the List of Payment of Social Insurance Fees in Beijing in duplicate, and affix the official seal;

(3) print the basic medical insurance fund repayment in duplicate and affix the official seal of the unit;

3. According to different payment months:

(1) If the payment is made before the declaration of 20 1 1 (inclusive) and if the payment is made by foreigners for more than 5 years, they should go to the endowment insurance administrative affairs acceptance center for approval first, and then make an appointment online to get the number;

(2) If an application is made after July 20 1 1 (inclusive) and the payment is made nearly three months ago, the unit needs to bring the payment materials to the business verification department for verification (the processing time is 20 working days), and then make an online appointment to get the number;

(3) If the payment has been made in the last three months, make an appointment online directly to get the number;

4. The business acceptance counters of the center and each sub-center shall handle it;

Pay at the financial counter (valid on the same day).
