I. Maternity allowance

Note: you can't declare your birth in the same month, please declare it in the month following your date of birth (for example, you were born in July and September). All the above photocopies should be printed on A4 paper, and the photocopies and the completed forms should be stamped with the official seal of the company.

The payment base of maternity allowance is based on the average payment base declared by the unit to social security in April of that year, not on the individual payment base of female employees. If the average company base is less than the minimum amount stipulated by social security, for example, the average company base is 2500 and the average social security base is 252 1, the minimum amount of social security shall prevail.

Maternity allowance includes three months' maternity allowance and one month's late childbirth allowance (if the conditions for late childbirth are met). Childbearing allowance can be received from male units, but three months' maternity allowance can't.

It is best to start maternity insurance from June 5438+ 10, if not, return it. Social security stipulates that maternity insurance can be enjoyed at any time, so that the inspection fee can be reimbursed in June 5438+ 10, and it can only be reimbursed in June 65438+ 10. Moreover, it is necessary to pay in one unit continuously and change units in the middle. Social security maternity allowance may not be reimbursed. It's a rule.

Two, in the street for birth service contact list procedures (foreign urban hukou):

(a) for the birth service contact list, you must first issue a certificate to the neighborhood Committee, and the materials used to issue the certificate are:

1. Marriage and childbirth certificate of floating population (for household registration, small blueprint). 2. Temporary residence permit. 3. Social security card.

(2) Then go to the street to handle the contact list of fertility services: 1.
