Can the company transfer to social security by itself?

The company cannot be transferred out without social security. The original company does not transfer out social security in the following ways:

1, workers can report to the labor department for handling. Employees should go through social security transfer procedures in time when they leave their jobs;

2. The laborer shall handle the work handover according to the agreement of both parties;

3. The financial department of the employing unit shall settle the wages in time for insurance liquidation.

The process of handling social security transfer is as follows:

1. After the insured establishes the basic old-age insurance relationship in the new employment place and pays the fee according to the regulations, the employer or the insured puts forward a written application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship to the social security agency in the new employment place;

2. The social security agency of the newly insured place will review the application for transfer and continuation within 15 working days, issue an acceptance letter to the social security agency where the insured person's original basic old-age insurance relationship is located, and provide relevant information. If it does not meet the conditions for transfer and continuation, it will make a written explanation to the applicant or the insured person;

3. The social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship is located shall handle all the transfer and connection procedures within 05+65438 working days after receiving the bid-winning notice;

4. After the new insurance agency receives the basic old-age insurance relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship of the insured person is located, it shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or the insured person of the confirmation in time.

Social security transfer shall meet the following conditions at the same time:

1, the social security account of the insured has been suspended;

2. When the workers are transferred out, they will flow to other provinces for employment and insurance. Transfer migrant workers to local employment insurance when they are transferred;

3. Men under 50 years old and women under 40 years old;

4. Other conditions required by the social security center.

The state establishes social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance, so as to guarantee citizens' right to receive material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law when they are old, sick, injured, unemployed and have children.

Article 12

The employing unit shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium according to the proportion of the total wages of its employees stipulated by the state, and record it in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund. Article 57

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate. Where the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration. The market supervision and management department, the civil affairs department and the organization management organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the establishment and termination of the employing unit, and the public security organ shall promptly inform the social insurance agency of the birth, death, household registration, migration and cancellation of the individual.
