"Chinese People's **** and the State Practicing Physicians Law" Article 16 After the registration of a physician in one of the following cases, its medical, preventive, health care institutions should be reported within thirty days to the administrative department of health to grant registration, the administrative department of health shall cancel the registration, recovery of the certificate of practice of the physician:

(b) subject to criminal penalties;

(c) subject to administrative penalties of revocation of the certificate of practice of medical practitioners;

(d) in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of this Law suspension of practice expired, and again failed the examination;

(e) suspension of the practice of medical practitioners for a period of two years;

The party whose registration has been canceled has the right to object, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation of registration, to apply for reconsideration in accordance with the law, or to file a lawsuit in the People's Court.
